Volunteer Application may be completed on the screen. Required forms must be printed out, completed, signed and brought to one of the registration times with payment and any other appropriate paperwork you have.
EVERYONE interested in working around kids in ANY capacity (managing, coaching, groundskeeping, umpiring, etc.) more than 1 day a week MUST complete this.
